CLUB LOTTO

Lotto results for draw on Monday 11^th May 2015. Numbers drawn were 7, 10, 22 and 30. There was no winner. There were eight no match three winners. The promoter’s prize was won by Chrissie. The jackpot for week ending 23^rd May 2015 will be €13,000. Raharney Hurling Club would like to thank all of its patrons for their generous and continued support.

UNDER 14 FÉILE 2014

Congratulations to our Under 14 Hurlers after an impressive win over Cullion, in their Féile 2015 County semi final. They now progress to the final, which will be held over the weekend of 22^nd-24^th May 2015. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for confirmation of venue and time of final. Everyone in the club wishes them all the best.

HURL AND HELMET COLLECTION

One of the main community functions of the Club is to provide training/coaching in a large number of schools in our local and wider area. The Club's aim in doing so is to introduce as many young people to our games and in doing so secure the long-term future of our Club. However one of the main obstacles to introducing young kids to our game is the cost involved for parents towards new Hurls & Helmets, especially when they are not sure if their child will continue to play the game long term. To this end the Club are sending out an appeal to anyone who may have any old/2nd hand Hurls or Helmets lying around and which they would like to donate to the Club. In doing so you could help us greatly in encouraging young kids to become more involved in our game long-term. If anyone has any old/2nd hand Hurls Helmets which they would like to donate to the Club you can leave them with Declan Weir in Weir's shop in the village. Thanking you in advance.
